What does More Booked Paws do?
More Booked Paws does three things, and only for veterinary practices.
Conversion (CRO)
One controlled test a month on the spot that leaks the most new-client appointments: booking flow, new-client forms, offers, service pages. How CRO works.
Local SEO
Service and city pages, Google Business Profile work, and citation cleanup, so the practice shows up when pet owners nearby search. How local SEO works.
Managed Meta ads
8–12 new static image ads a month, landing pages built for them, and one landing-page test a month. How managed ads work.
Local SEO includes guidance on asking for and replying to Google reviews.
More Booked Paws doesn't run review-generation campaigns, because the reviews come from your clients and your front desk.
What does More Booked Paws cost?
Every price is published on the pricing page.
| Service | Price | Minimum term |
|---|---|---|
| CRO | $2,500 a month | 6 months |
| Local SEO | $2,500 a month | 6 months |
| CRO + local SEO | $5,000 a month | 6 months |
| Managed Meta ads | $3,000 a month, plus $2,500 one-time setup | 3 months |
For Meta ads, the practice pays its ad spend directly to Meta, with a $3,000 a month minimum.
The spend is never marked up, and the fee is never a percentage of it.
There is no per-lead pricing on any service.
How do you cancel, and who owns the accounts?
After the minimum term, every service continues month to month.
To cancel, email hello@morebookedpaws.com with 30 days' notice.
There is no cancellation fee, and the final month's work and report are delivered as usual.
The practice owns its accounts from the first day:
- The Meta ad account, pixel, and audiences sit in the practice's own Business Manager, and More Booked Paws works inside it as a partner.
- The website, domain, Google Business Profile, and analytics stay in the practice's name.
- Landing pages, ads, test results, and reports built during the engagement are the practice's to keep when it ends.
What doesn't More Booked Paws do?
The scope is narrow on purpose, so the gaps are worth stating plainly.
- No Google Ads management, including Local Services Ads.
- No website builds, redesigns, hosting, or branding.
- No CRM setup, and no video ads.
- No review-generation campaigns.
- No per-lead pricing, no leads sold, and no percentage of ad spend.
- No work outside veterinary medicine.
- No promised or guaranteed results.
Who runs More Booked Paws?
More Booked Paws is Gabe Meierotto (about Gabe).
He was Director of CRO at LaserAway from 2018 to 2023.
In that role he took sitewide conversion from 3% to 11% and tested more than 2,600 variations.
Those results are his own, from that job, and they aren't client results of More Booked Paws.
More Booked Paws has no veterinary client results to publish yet.
The sources for each number are on the results page.
He also runs VeterinaryHires, a job board for veterinary practices.
He does the work himself, so the person a practice owner talks to is the person running the tests, pages, and ads.
Who is it a good fit for, and who isn't it?
More Booked Paws is narrow on purpose, and that makes it the wrong choice for some practices.
Good fit
- You already get website traffic and want more of it to book
- You want to rank in the map pack for your services
- You want Meta ads with landing pages built for you
- You want published prices and one senior person
Not a fit
- You need a new website or a CRM set up
- You want Google Ads or video ads managed
- You want one large team covering every channel
- You want to pay per lead, or want guaranteed results
If the right-hand column sounds like you, the best veterinary marketing companies list compares full-service options by fit.
